Item A1: Storage Charges for Import / Export Cargo
All cargoes lying in the storage area shall incur the following storage charges:-

| 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th Week | RM 192.00 / week |
| 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th Week | RM 384.00 / week |
Item A2: Long Term Storage
Subject to the availability of space, consignee or shipper may request long term storage for a minimum period of one (1) month and minimum space rental is 100m2. Rate shall be RM 10.00/m2.
Item A3: Rent of Space
Any parties may rent space at the storage area for the purpose of sorting, checking, re-bagging, strapping of cargo, stuffing or un-stuffing of containers etc. The rate shall be RM 2.00/m2 per day or part thereof and subject to a minimum charge RM 25.00.
Item A4: Handling Service
Handling charges in respect of general cargo as follows:-
- Handling from ship's side to storage area - RM 10.00 per MT/M3 or part thereof.
The charges are subject to a minimum of RM100.00, whichever is greater. In the case of heavy lifting is required, additional rate shall base on Item C4: Equipment Hiring Charges (Other Charges and Services).
Item A5: Container Lifting
Lifting on or lifting off operation at the container yard at the request of the consignee/shipper to remove in/out of the container from/to the container yard.

Item A6: Container Stuffing/Un-stuffing (Currently Handled by Shipping Agents)
To supply labor for stuffing or un-stuffing of container at the container yard, the charges shall be as follows:-
Item A7: Used of Yard for Stuffing/Un-stuffing
Consignee or shipper who uses the yard for stuffing / un-stuffing of container with their own labour and equipment will be required to pay as follows:-
