Labuan Liberty Port Management Sdn. Bhd (LLPM) has been given the rights to manage, operate and maintain facilities and services at New Liberty Wharf. LLPM provides services to the port user subject to the Terms and Conditions of Business and the use or engagement of any of LLPM’s facilities is deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Business together with an undertaking to comply by the User with all the relevant laws and regulations which may be enforced from time to time.

As for the Operating Guidelines, its shall apply to all users, the contractors, vessels and persons entering or using or making use of any of the facilities and services provided by Labuan Liberty Port Management Sdn. Bhd. (LLPM) at the New Liberty Wharf (Port Facility). All companies and establishments working or operate in the Port Facility shall have copy and shall adhere to these guidelines.
